REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Silvora Fashion Holdings, we stand behind the quality of our smart home, security, and outdoor products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (including all cables, remote controls, mounting kits, and manuals).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Kitchen & Food Prep: Smart Egg Cookers or Water Dispensers that have been used with food/water.

  • Personal Hygiene: Portable Camping Showers that have been submerged or used.

  • Software/App Subscriptions: Any digital services related to security cameras.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS (Warranty)

If you receive a defective "Smart" product (e.g., a solar light that doesn't charge or a biometric lock with sensor issues):

  • Please contact SilvoraFashionHoldings@proton.me immediately with a video or photo of the defect.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

  • Upon inspection, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

4. THE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Request an RMA: Email us at SilvoraFashionHoldings@proton.me with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Address: Returns must be sent to our headquarters:

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

6. RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned that are not in their original "like-new" condition or are missing parts/packaging.
