SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Silvora Fashion Holdings. We are committed to delivering your smart home, security, and outdoor products as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Silvora Fashion Holdings only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our "Smart Living" reach globally in the near future.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Silvora Fashion Holdings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Silvora Fashion Holdings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If you receive your order and the product is damaged due to shipping, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact our support team at SilvoraFashionHoldings@proton.me within 48 hours.
